IVC Evidensia announces Mike Foulds as Regional CEO, Western Europe

Mike will help improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, drive performance, and pursue growth in France, Portugal and Spain. He will guide our ongoing strategic investments, appropriately tailored to the requirements of our people, practices and customers in each country, and help in ensuring the consistent delivery of our purpose of Healthy Animals, Happy Owners. 

Mike brings a wealth of retail and operations experience at customer-driven organisations, working in Iberia, France, and the UK. He joins from his current role as Chief Executive Officer at home improvement business Brico Depot, Iberia, part of Kingfisher PLC.  

Before his 11 years working at Kingfisher, including as Group Commercial Director and Head of Brands, Mike worked for a total of around 10 years at sports retailer Decathlon, in a wide spread of operations and retail roles, ultimately as Commercial Director for the Solognac brand.  

Expressing his enthusiasm for the new role, Mike said, “I’m looking forward to helping IVC Evidensia continue driving positive change in the rapidly evolving veterinary sector within some of the company’s fastest growing markets. I can’t wait to meet the teams in Western Europe, and work with them in supporting vets, vet nurses and support staff across the region, in continuing to make a significant difference to the lives of animals and their owners.”

Mike will join the Group Executive team, reporting directly to Russell Trenter, Group COO.
